Data and privacy

This page explains the contact channels on this website and the arrangements to discuss before sharing robot recordings or models. For questions about a particular pilot or your information, contact hello@zagolo.com.

The business entity responsible for the Zagolo pilot is Zagolo, founded by Aryan Iyappan and Shiveshwar Shah.

Visiting this website

The site serves static pages, illustrations and locally hosted fonts. The website code does not set tracking cookies, use browser storage, embed a booking calendar, run advertising scripts or provide a log-upload form. You can read the recording guide and download the reference without submitting contact details.

The hosting infrastructure receives normal web requests, including network and request information needed to serve the site. Infrastructure processing is separate from the website’s code; this page does not promise a particular infrastructure-log retention period.

Website analytics

Our hosting provider injects Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits and page performance. Cloudflare describes this service as cookie-free, without browser fingerprinting. Its beacon reports website usage and performance information, including page paths and referrers. This is separate from robot-log calibration.

Contacting us by email or telephone

Email links open your email application; telephone links open your calling application. Sending a message gives the recipient the information you include and contact details supplied by your provider. Your email or telephone provider handles that communication under its own terms.

For first contact, send your robot, simulator and a brief description of the mismatch. Avoid sending credentials, personal information from recordings, or confidential logs until a transfer and handling arrangement has been agreed.

Booking through Cal.com

Meeting links open Cal.com in a new tab. Cal.com receives your visit and any information you submit there. The calendar is not embedded in this site. Review Cal.com’s privacy information before booking.

Confidential robot recordings and models

Robot logs provided to Zagolo are used only for calibration. We do not store those logs unless a signed written agreement explicitly covers their storage. Do not send confidential logs before that agreement and a transfer method are in place.

The written agreement should specify:

• The scope and purpose of the data review, and which files/signals are needed.
• The transfer method, storage location and who will have access, including any external providers.
• The access controls and confidentiality arrangements for the project.
• The retention period, deletion process and treatment of backups or derived models/results.
• Any restrictions on reuse, onward sharing or publication.

We do not publish your recordings, model, team name or a case study without a separate agreement with you. A publication agreement is distinct from the confidential handling terms for doing the pilot.

Email hello@zagolo.com with a data-handling question, identifying the relevant conversation or project. The applicable signed agreement specifies storage, access, retention and deletion arrangements; this page does not set a default storage period.
